The evening begins on the reception level, where cocktails are poured, music sets the mood and there is plenty to discover. Reconnect with industry friends, welcome new faces into your circle and settle into the atmosphere as candlelight, conversation and the glow of the Conservatory begin to set the scene for the evening ahead.

As the evening unfolds, make your way down to the lower dining area and take your seat beneath the glass for an exceptional Fairmont dining experience.

Put on your dancing shoes and follow the energy back upstairs where DJ Chris Poynter will amp up the night for the final chapter of the evening…with desserts, drinks, music and dancing…Crystal Gardens comes alive in an entirely new way.
